Selflessness

In aging years and still left searching for companionship, we have to go on our own paths and stop searching, start doing for ourselves and not a “for someone else… for us” sort of thing.  My guess is it’ll be once we return to making our lives about ourselves, who we truly are, that things fall into place and the image is clear, not only for us but for how other people view us – they will want us for who we are and what we truly want, and not something fueled by confusion.  If I get rid of the confusion from my own perspective, maybe I’ll stop inviting confusion from elsewhere.
